Logo For Translation CompanyWednesday, 8 February 2012 |

This is a logo I created for a Canadian-Japanese translation company specializing in "Multi-Language Translation Services". At first it was a bit tricky as the word 'mnemonic' doesn't generate many, or any, images for most people. For myself, the work conjured images of the 1995 movie Johnny Mnemonic; not very helpful. I came up with a flowing lettering style that, to me, represents the flowing of memory, language, and translation.
I also created a Mnemonic Translations logo in a hanko (Japanese stamp or signature seal) style to be used in various aspects of the brand design of the company.
